We moved from Southern California to Northern Oregon. First, they charged an extra $1000 at pick up because the quote was bad. I was led to believe that a Saturday pick up was good for the following Monday or Tuesday delivery. But when I called on Tuesday, i was told that in the fine print it can take up to 30 days! That's insane. Now my fiance and I are thousands of miles away with 2 days of clothes and no beds. I've been in tears because now I'm scared I may never see my personal belongings. At this point I'm just praying for an undamaged delivery by next Monday or Tuesday. I hope this review saves someone else from the fear and despair we are going through. |
