DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a move scheduled for Sunday December 9, 2018 at 11 AM and they never showed up. I was calling and texting since 10:18 AM and finally got a response after 1 PM. They said they were closed and needed my confirmation number. I sent him screenshots showing we confirmed my move and he said he would check to see if he could get any out to me. Guess what?!?! Never heard from him again. Called and text multiple times the next day and no response. This coward can't even own up to his screw-up and work things out with his clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is completely unprofessional and bad business practices. It's ironic the company is called Dependable Moving but you can't even depend on them to show up! |
