This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Customer service is a joke - if they answer the phone, no one knows where or when your stuff will arrive. I was promised a straight delivery on 6/30 - 4 days after pick up and my stuff did not arrive until 7/20. To top it off, my lawn mower was broken and recliner was also damaged. They sub contract out so the delivery guys arent even affiliated with them (they showed up in an ALLIED truck). |
