World Wide Van Lines moved me from San Diego, California to Atlanta, Georgia. They arranged for a low biding price not to exceed due to the holiday season. I had several discounts implemented into my move. Overall my sales rep was great! I got a few confirmation calls before my pickup to confirm I was ready, and on my move date my movers showed up. The crew was great blazing through the move while maintaining professionalism and cautiousness. I was told up to two business weeks for delivery by my foreman or driver at pickup. I called in concerned about this as I thought it was a straight shot. SO, I called in to see what World Wide Van Lines could do for me. As I was relocating for my new job I needed my personal belongings fast. I was told upfront by Tyler that a rushed delivery would be additional, but that Tyler would speak with his supervisor to see what he could arrange. A few hours later I received a call and Tyler informed me that he could get me there within the week for half the additional cost. So I went with the deal. Four days later I received a call saying I would be delivered the next day and given a two hour window. I was so gracious, as I started my job in two more days. The delivery went better than the pickup, and before I knew it all my furniture was reassembled in the corresponding rooms. I have nothing to say but great things about this company, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a highly professional moving company! |
