Garland Movers subcontracted a job and did not inform us until the item was in transit. The quote and contract we received from Garland was about 1000 dollars less than what we had to pay in cash for the delivery of the item (we were told if we did not pay the amount they requested then we would not receive the item). The item was damaged and Garland Movers have not sent in a claim nor have they assisted us with any of the problems that we had with the company they used for the job. I would avoid this company since they cannot be trusted |
