I am very disappointed at this point with garland , I chose them because of yelp and the price, but I am going to explain what has happened to me. The pick up was great, in Pleasanton, small moving, 30 boxes and 3 beds. The drop off was awful. 1.The guy came and told me to pay a shuttle service for 300$ and I live in a house where I can see tons of trucks everyday, but he said they change things to a small truck and I needed to pay for that. 2. Some items where broken, all the wine glasses even when I protect them extremely. 3 The worst part, they lost 2 boxes with personal belongings. I am still waiting for them, and yesterday I received a mail saying that as I signed the paper the delivery day, they cannot take charge about this. I cannot believe it!!! The guy asked me to sign and didn't let me time to count the boxes and he assured me he had done the counting and everything was perfect!!! So angry with this company. Will let you know how this ends |
