I had to relocate last minute due to a family emergency. Times were rough and I was short on cash. I had 2 quotes, one from United, and one from First National Van Lines. United was way more so I went with First Nationals' quote. I was expected a sub par level service. I got a real treat. Over the phone services were amazing. I was walked through the whole process and explained everything from pickup times to cancelation policy. On the day of the move my movers showed up in uniform, and were amazing. Top tier speed with caution. My delivery took a little longer than expected, It took two weeks from start to finish to load, deliver, and unload my furniture. The delivery crew was just as good as my pickup crew. I am one happy customer. THank you and a big shout out to First National Van Lines. |
