Shady, unprofessional, dont even know how this company is still in business. I made the terrible mistake of not reading reviews before we put down our deposit, which is 30%. Our delivery estimate was 2-10 days and was actually 26 days. When you call the customer service number 9/10 times nobody will pick up. If they do pick up, all they will tell you is they dont know when your belongings are coming. Last time I checked, when people pay thousands of dollars for ANY service or job to be completed, the job gets done as quoted. For some reason this company thinks its acceptable to just complete the job when they can, and not give you any information in the process. Oh and by the way, do your research on these reviews as well |
