My name is Rajxxx , i have hired your moving company on Aug 31 from 46031 to 281177 NC . Every thing was good and all payments are paid in Full. But i have been reaching your guys since my Delivery on Sept 10. i have been trying to reach the customer service for more than 3 weeks and no response. Deliver driver has dropped my TV and its broke on 4 corners , broke the Coffee table more missing many boxes . Being an 10 years reputed company like yours and not responding to Customer Emails and phones is not acceptable. very very very poor customer service and Deliver driver was very rude on the deliver. Thanks, |
