As soon as I booked and paid the deposit, they stopped communicating well. My items arrived in horrible condition. There were boxes with entire edges ripped open and boxes that were crushed. It seemed like they didn't care at all about treating the belongings well. They charged me for supplies that weren't used and even when I called about the issues at no point did they so much as apologize for the problems. I also believe they intentionally come in with low estimates so you'll book and then have all these extra things to pay for when it's too late to go with a different company. |
