CONSUMERS BEWARE! I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I engaged with this company. Though there seems to be a slew of recent 5-star reviews, I find that to be completely unbelievable. This company is THE WORST moving company by far that I have ever done business with and I have moved across the country and within states multiple times. You deserve a company that values your business and respects your property. This is NOT this company. This company does not conduct business with transparency or integrity. I implore you to look elsewhere for a better company, one who will provide the kind of service you deserve and expect.

I moved from Houston to Miami this summer. My relocation specialist Natalie was eager and helpful in getting me signed up but was negligent in disclosing all relevant info which I found out after my property was picked up at which point, I have no choice but to move forward. Prior to delivery, I found out that my condo only allows move-ins/outs on certain days and during certain times. I was told that Id have the drivers information and would absolutely be able to coordinate the delivery with the driver so that would not be a problem.

The moving crew of 3 shows up and David the lead took inventory of my things and informed me that based on the size of 2-3 items being larger than their defined standard size, I was going to be charged an additional $300 for the move. I was outraged. I attempted to call and email but my pickup was on a Saturday and the company was closed. I sent several emails to Natalie expressing how upsetting it was that the estimate could be so far off. In addition, there would be another $300 to get a larger shuttle for delivery when all of my items couldve fit in the smallest U-Haul truck. David made sure to point out that they were a professional company. The professional movers I've worked with didn't take personal calls while on the job. They didn't bicker amongst themselves. Unlike David, they never answered my questions in rap: Im not new to this, Im true to this.

After pickup I began calling the company, starting with Natalie. Needless to say, I never heard back from Natalie. I called the support number and reached support agent Yohari. Yohari began explaining there was essentially nothing that could be changed regarding the move but that I could file a claim (only once) after the move. As we continued to talk, she went on to explain that there was no real option for scheduling my delivery. The guaranteed delivery option they offer was going to cost a couple of thousand dollars MORE to reserve a two-hour window that was not actually guaranteed. I became more livid as the conversation went on. Upon her advice, I ended up getting a storage unit to have my things delivered to try to minimize issues at delivery. The shuttle would not have been needed for the storage unit but I was told that decision was at the driver's discretion. In the end I felt like I got the runaround and they were making it difficult to remove the charge. Yohari offered for me to reach out to her regularly to check on the progress of my move. This turned into almost three weeks of checking in as my things sat in Dallas waiting to be scheduled to be moved to Florida.

When I finally received word that my things had left Dallas, I reached out to the driver, Vito, and he confirmed he had several stops and hed call the day before they intended to deliver. I attempted to explain to him that he could park off-street but before I could complete my statement, Vito cut me off to explain how he had lived in Miami and all the streets require a shuttle. He was clearly not interested in hearing anything to the contrary.

Upon delivery, not only did Vito not know the storage address, he was not familiar with that part of Miami. The unloading was about an hour. As I reviewed my property in the storage unit over the next week, I became aware that EVERY piece of furniture had been damaged, all of which is solid wood. Obviously my furniture was not secured and/or handled with care. LOOK ELSEWHERE!
