Absolutely superlative in every way, starting with the crew arriving 15 minutes early and ready to work. Manager and his crew were professional, very careful and friendly. I know the crew and its attitude are the true keys to a successful and hopefully less painful move (since there's no such thing as a pain-free move, let's be honest) and this crew was fantastic. Big kudos to North Jersey Relocation, several large items into a second story loft at my new house, including a full-sized refrigerator. I wasn't sure if they'd be able to pull it off, and they did so brilliantly... in fact, Ken said many movers would have said they couldn't do it, and I believe him. And finally, they were incredibly fast and efficient. I was rather stunned when they told me they had finished packing up the old house, and the unloading was just as impressive. The manager even offered to help move things around inside the house if I needed to once the truck was fully unpacked. Without a doubt a true five-star crew and moving company. I highly recommend them and give them praise. It is very much deserved. |
