I had a good experience with American moving & storage recently. Their movers were the most professional I've seen. I signed up for the full service move and they took care of packing and loading everything for me. Customer service was a big help whenever I called. Even when I left a message they would always return my call within 24 hours. I had to change my date by a couple of days and customer service made sure all was scheduled accordingly. The movers were only at the new place for an hour or so before they were done and left. I got a chance to go over my inventory list and make sure everything was in the same condition. Thankfully nothing was damaged or scratched. I will definitely use American moving and storage again if I move in the future. |
