This company was great! After reading about the moving industry in general, we were really concerned. Our rep, Chris, was professional and pleasant at the front end. After getting quotes from 3 companies, we felt secure with Road Runner Moving and Storage. We felt they were the right company to move our home and cars. Even when we felt nervous about our quote, Chris came back out at our beckoned call and alleviated some of our anxiety The loaders (all 4 of them) were efficient and took special care in wrapping and handling our possessions. And when the truck arrived in a timely fashion to our new forever home in Huston, I have to give a big shout out to Joe and Winsor who worked quickly, efficiently, and were as mindful of our things as the wrappers were. I just can't say enough good things about Joe and Wison...real nice, stand up guys. Thanks to all at Road Runner Moving and Storage for the professionally move! |
