Hired them for a small move of storage unit contents from Nevada to Washington. Scheduling was easy, working through the process and getting a date nailed down was easy. The movers who showed up did a great job. When the items arrived the delivery truck driver was in a big hurry couldn't be bothered to stay around to unwrap the items (left the moving blankets and said I had to call them back for pickup), they delivered a mattress that isn't ours, complained that they should be charging more money and insinuated that if I didn't sign the receipt form right then he'd charge $400 more dollars for all these stairs (split level house, half flight of stairs) and needing a smaller truck. After getting everything unpacked we are missing king and standard bed headboards. It's extremely hard to get anyone on the phone who can help. They keep pointing me at movingclaims.net for getting a claim, but I don't want a claim, I want my stuff. The initial part of this move was great, however I'm starting to worry this is a fly-by-night company. |
