This was the absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. My move was from Indianapolis to Houston, TX. Everything the Sales Manager told me was a lie. First off the movers showed up a day late and then 6 hours later than the time promised. Everything I had was meticulously packed and bubble wrapped etc. They had to do minimal work and placed blankets on everything. The loading crew did a great job but that was the only positive. Fast forward to promised delivery date. They never called and never communicated. I did all the calling. Everytime I was told they did not know when they could deliver. What kind of company as no logistics on an estimated arrival time? I was promised calls back and never received any. I was given the run around countless times about why my stuff had not arrived. Over 21 days later after calling and screaming did they show up with my stuff. A one man delivery crew. He struggled with a friend getting everything in. The big furniture items were all damaged. The broke the feet on my sofa and ripped it. The dresser was completely beat to hell. Keep in mind everything was bubble wrapped and blanket wrapped. This could only have happened if they had literally tossed everything all around. In addition the mover asked why my things were stored in two different locations. Insanity. I was never offered compensation and had to sign a form in order for the movers to leave. And you have to pay in money order or cashiers check or they will not deliver. Probably so they don't have to deal with credit card disputes. Unprofessional, horrible and completely avoid. They also changed my pricing when they arrived but I was in a bind and had no choice as I had to be out of my house as it was sold. This is a shady company with horrible services that appears to treat it's employees horrible. Do NOT do business with them. |
