In general I am satisfied with their service, however I have few complaints. First of all I asked them for a bigger discount, and they didn't agree. I understand they already cut the price, but I expected more, specially that I am return customer. Secondly, they delivered my goods and they were late 3 hours! I have no complaints with their service, I am happy with it, but because of these mentioned above, I gave them rating 4 stars. Thank you |
