My contract with beefcake moving & storage was that they would pick up my things and store them in their storage facility for a month before delivering them to my new house. It sounds simple but they made it so difficult at every aspect. The movers said the packing materials were free and then they charged 350 dollars for it at the end. They were so inexperienced that it took them three days to complete the packing and loading process. I had already paid them 50% of the fees so I had no choice but to stick with them. Watching them work seemed like a really poorly written sitcom! When they came to deliver, we found most of our things ruined with water damage. One of the movers said it was a leaky roof tile at the storage unit. I couldnt believe it! These guys are literally good for nothing! |
