I have experienced some bad moves in the past but beefcake moving & storage took the cake. They were just incredibly awful. Getting a quote from them took days and they kept asking me for quotes I got from elsewhere. Their business model is poor- relying on third party providers to get them customers. The movers sent from the company were undertrained and had no strategy going into a big move. Many of my furniture pieces suffered considerable amount of damage and we never found some of our smaller pieces. The company doesnt offer insurance so I could not even claim for them. This really is a bad practice and they should be sued for it. |
