I have no complaints with their customer service but their movers are a different story. The four men who came to pack up my house last month were incredibly rude. They were throwing things around without any regard for the safety of my valuables. They damaged many walls and floors at my own apartment which I had to pay fines for to the landlord later on. When I asked them to be careful they simply ignored me by uttering something in Spanish. This kind of behavior is not expected from a company that claims to be the best at this job. In fact, they are far from the best. From the looks of it, Beefcake moving & storage is just money sucking low level moving company who knows how to rip off the customers. I will never hire them again. |
