I have used them 4 times. The first three times were fine because I opted to be charged by the hour. I called the daughter of the owner Crystal ( she seemed sort of nice )to get a good deal for being return customer. She told me that they would charge me based on the agreed price after they came to look at our things. The owner Mr. Anderson came to look at our things and we agreed upon a price at 600$. I took the deal. I was super nice to them. I gave them a big tv, my pepper plants with lots of peppers on them, and various others things. I offered them hot apple cider, hot coffee with good creamer and I spent 50$ on pizza for the whole crew. I also gave each person a 20 dollar tip. I had to leave early to go to work and have my wife pay them. Mr. Anderson charged my wife an extra hundred dollars for the whole move, totaling 700. The move took 5 and a half hours. I asked for 4 guys which by hour is 110. Mr. Anderson told me he wouldn't put four guys on the job, so he brought two guys to my house which by hour is 90 dollars. They brought 3 more guys in the last hour to finish the job. I was not pleased to hear that they had ripped us off. I called Crystal who is part owner. She told me that Mr. Anderson has the right to do what he wants to. I called Mr. Anderson and his excuse was that he had to make money. If you use this customer pay by the hour, you get the best deal, but I will never use their services again. They lost a great customer, the kind you don't want to lose. If I had payed by the hour I would have payed less that 600$ dollars. |
