First of all note this company is a broker. They claimed to be a full service company and state it is a all inclusive estimate. BS. Got ripped off $119 bucks for packing. During the estimation we did indicate there would be 5 extra boxes and their sales rep (don't buy into their sweet talk and false statements) committed that he has put the buffer. he also assured that in OH as we go through the weigh bridge we have to be accurate. But after the fact the rude trucking company that they contract with comes and charges us for 192 cu ft etc. Al I can see is the extra 6 totes could at best be 80-90 cuft. Rude rude rude on every interaction except the sweet talking and low balling of the estimate. unfair trade practices. Had I known before I would have looked for alternatives. |
