Legacy provided poor service, damaging my walls and furniture and leaving furniture and appliances disconnected or unassembled as promised Legacy damaged some very expensive real wood furniture despite my repeated statements that this furniture needed special care. They also failed to reassemble my desk despite the fact that their own sales manager stated they assemble items they take apart. They also left my dryer and washer disconnected and dented the dryer. Their movers swore to me that there was no way they could get my refrigerator into my kitchen and demanded extra money if I wanted them to attempt it. They left the fridge in the garage. Two days later, by myself, I removed the door to the kitchen and fridge and moved the appliance into the kitchen by myself. I found their customer service unhelpful and unresponsive. They stated to me multiple times that I could not expect more from their service and these types of damages including dents in the wall and scraped paint should be expected in a move. They took my money up front and were completely unsympathetic and unwilling to make any concessions for the damage they did and the work they refused to do. |
