We contracted with this company. First red flag is the day before the move he calls us and says he has to load our furniture that day because he had to go to TRAFFIC COURT on the day we agreed to schedule the move. Then when we call him to find out when he will arrive, he told us his truck was towed with our furniture on it. We had furniture items damaged. We informed him not 30 minutes after he dropped off our furniture. He came back, examined the damages and said he would file a claim. Then he calls me on August 27 and says he'll give me $500 for my table. I didn't want his money. He still didn't file the claim until August 30. It is October 1 and we are just now settling the claim, however his insurance company (Progressive) doesn't pay for delivery and assembly or the taxes on the purchase for the replacement items. This guy refuses to pay for delivery, assembly and taxes on the replacement items, so we have to take him to court. Save your time, save your money, don't even bother using this company. |
