My experience with this company was awful. They quote you an average price but once all of your things are packed and out of your house they let you know the price will be much higher than estimated. When I called to speak with Joshua Haber who was in charge of my move he said he would call me right back but he never did. He did not return my call until I was able to get ahold of his boss, Bill Burgess, 2 days later and let him know I was upset. Bill simply responded that he could not force Josh to call but would let him know I wanted to speak with him. Our items were loaded onto a large semi truck but our things arrived in a smaller enterprise truck with only 1 employee to unload. After my husband, myself, and another person unloaded the truck the driver informed us that 2 people had arrived to help even though everything was finished. The companies USDOT 2981057 was listed as out of service and shall not be operating as of 3/12/2018 yet our things were moved the beginning of April when they were still out of service. Bill Burgess was aware they were working out of service. |
