4/21/2012 Right from the first phone call the team at Affordable Movers was professional, courteous and reliable. I left a message requesting a quote and got a call back within a couple hours. Ed was super efficient. I received an emailed copy of the quote we discussed within an hour of our phone conversation. Shortly thereafter we scheduled an in home visit to review the estimate and came to an agreement that worked for both of us. They required a small deposit and we were ready to go. One day before the move, Ed called to re-confirm. I really appreciated all the communication throughout the process. They came right in time the next morning. Ed and his team could not have worked harder throughout the day, and they stayed late to make sure the job was done to perfection. They truly deserved more than what they quoted and I tipped them accordingly. Their professionalism and hard work truly made our move less stressful. I'm sincerely grateful to them for that and I am glad to recommend them. I will certainly be using them again. |
