My roommate used TRC Moving to mover her stuff into my house on July 21, 2012. While unloading the truck the movers stole an ipod from my house, damaged my wall, and damaged a leather couch. On July 22, the owner was notified and he said he would notify his insurance company. After three weeks, the owner said he would send a check from the company account because the insurance company was taking so long. The following week I never received the check, then he said the insurance company mailed the check. As of September 1, I still have not received the check. The owner gives a new excuse every time I call, if he answers the phone. This is awful customer service do not let this company move your stuff. |
