The movers did a decent job of packing our belongings. On the day of the move, they showed up with one truck and were only able to load half of our stuff and had to return for a second day. Once they unloaded our things, much of which they just put in the garage and did not take the time to get it inside, they handed my wife a bill that was almost $2000 more than the estimate. They also damaged our refrigerator. After a few phone calls and emails they admitted they overcharged and agreed to give us a refund. They have not refunded our money nor have they repaired the refrigerator. |
