Zero Stars-worst move ever. Our items were vandalized and grossly neglected. Boxes were slit open, numerous large items missing (adult bicycle/table), boxes were soaking wet and falling apart, a mattress and box spring were tied on the outside of the truck and not protected (We refused to receive them as they were obviously ruined). There were other items that could only be broken with intent. Items that were packed were not packed properly and hence broken, including my wife's grandmothers China and several pieces of art. We are still sorting thru our delivery and know there will be more issues. I am former military and have moved numerous times-this has been the worst move ever. Not only from the obvious damage but the total disregard of our personal property. This summary only scratches the surface of the issues we have with this mover. I am now in the middle of their claims process which I know will be lengthy, time consuming, and not even come close to reimbursing me for my losses. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. |
