The worst experience ever and I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in New Jersey. Quoted 4000 then charged me 8000 on the day of the move and at that point I had no other alternative than to pay. It was very mafia feeling. I didn't even have an opportunity to measure the cubic feet to verify what they were saying and I was basically threatened that they would just leave and I had already paid a 1K deposit. They took weeks longer than promised to show up in Arizona and Demanded cash on arrival or wouldn't unload my items. They lost an expensive chest from Thailand and never recovered it and then tried to offer me 150 bucks but would make me sign docs that I wouldn't file complaint with any agencies or on the internet so I said no way. These people do not return phone calls and are as shady as you can get. I feel lucky I got any of my things but I paid a hefty price and double what I was quoted and I felt totally helpless with these people so let the buyer beware. |
