Deceptive at worst, incompetence at best. they mentioned at worst case delivery time to be 21 days after I mentioned I would be able to receive it. Later to find out it is 21 business days (business). after looking through the possible days, they all say 14 or 21 business days. That way they could mention that when you call to ask why is it taking so long? Depending on the dispatcher, you will either get an incorrect, highly responsive one, or an incorrect, and unresponsive one. The dispatcher kept saying my things were on the way, and to wait for 5-8 days. then after i ask him 8 days later, they say, they are leaving now to wait for 5-8 more days. Don't go with these guys. |
