They are crook. Do not take their service. I was in conversation with a lady named Lisa who gave me a quote of $1650 for all my stuff (packing & moving both). She assured me that the quote is binding as long as I include all things in the inventory and all i have to do is open the doors for the men on the day of move. I made sure to include every little thing like a sewing machine, baby items and also gave an estimate of 30 boxes max. On the day of move a guy name Danny came and said the move is going to cost $2750. $1100 more than promised. He did not even look at the thing in the list given by me. We had a long argument for about 30 to 45 mins and we finally concluded on $1850. Still $200 more than promised. But that was not it. He gave me a hard time packing my stuff. he refused to take off the curtains from the wall. I had take complete moving and packing service an Lisa had mentioned it a lot a times that all I had to do is open the doors. That guy gave me a very touch time and made my move very difficult. he kept showing tatntrums all the time. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM. |
