How do these guys stay in business ? My girlfriend made arrangements a week ago to have her furniture moved to my place. She called several times trying to confirm but got no answer or return call until about 8 PM the evening before the move. They proceed to tell her that they won't be able to move her until 5 PM instead of 6 AM as promised. So today she waited and hadn't heard anything so she starts calling to find out when they are coming. As before several calls no answer and no return call. Finally at about 3:30 pm someone answered and they said they might be able to do it at 9 PM ! Your kidding right? This company is some kind of a joke! So now we have to put off for another week and find another mover. Companies like this have no business being in business! If you want your stuff moved in a timely fashion, don't call these guys they are non responsive and incompetent! Thanks for screwing our move up! If you try them, remember... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ! |
