Terrible! Worst move ever! Over the phone quote without seeing your items (Shame on me). Assurance hires Rouge movers with rental trucks. Damaged every single piece of furniture. Our TV was broken. they just emailed us that Scratches and dents are not covered by claims. Also, CASH or MONEY Order ONLY. Driver will demand more money when he shows up (Late). Assurance hired Unique Vanlines and they were horrible. Bunch of Crooks! I recommend not using Assurance for anything. What a nightmare |
