They gave us a low estimate to win the business, loaded our belongings onto their truck and then tried to pressure and bully us into paying an additional $3k+. It was a nightmare experience and we had to get Mayflower Corporate involved. Their only saving grace was that the packers and unloaders were friendly... although they damaged our wood floor and I'm trying to process an insurance claim (with poor response). |
