02/01/2012 seems to live up to the hype. -They hit the low end of the estimate. -They were extremely polite, courteous and professional. -They were careful and efficient with packing and moving. I was a little hesitant too since I couldn't find much info on them, but am perfectly happy I went with smiley. Your arrangements go through Mike, who is just great. He is pleasant, walked through everything in detail with me and is prompt in returning your calls. I had four movers move everything I owned into the truck. They arrived right on time, and were very quick and efficient. After having the 2 DTD units moved from d.c to San Francisco, I just unpacked everything and found everything in good shape. There were just a few things that were wrapped and protected that I didn't think needed to be, and then things that I wished they'd protected instead (my bookshelves). A bit scratched up, though I suppose if you want your things well padded, you should just do it yourself. In the end, their price is very reasonable, everyone was pleasant to work with, and overall such a painless experience. A nice surprise. |
