Assurance Van Lines were very willing to work with me on all aspects of my move. I did not have a place in Florida when my house was sold so the stored my belongings until such time as my house was purchased and closed on. There were a number of change dates and they worked with me to schedule and reschedule until my belongings were delivered. It just so happened that my stuff was delivered at 4 pm on Superbowl Sunday but the gentlemen delivering the stuff were professional and courteous and made it possible for us to watch the Superbowl as they moved about the house setting up furniture and delivering boxes. In addition, they did not charge any extra for the rescheduled changes. |
