I used Mighty Movers about two years after my first review and the service was again outstanding. Mighty Movers worked around a significant scheduling change on my part and could not have been more pleasant and understanding. When I told them I would be running significantly (3-4 hours) late (I was driving a packed U-Haul from out of town to Reston for them to unload), I was told not to worry and to focus on getting to Reston safely. They could not have been more kind and understanding. And when I did finally arrive at 6:30pm on a Sunday, their movers greeted me with smiles and were ready to unload. It was their last job of the day but they approached my move with the same gusto as if I was the first move of the day. And the price did not change despite the scheduling problems on my end! I will continue to use Mighty Movers for any move I have in the future. Their professionalism and customer service is outstanding. |
