Ive moved so many times I might qualify as a nomad, So I am no stranger to moving companies. And I can really appreciate when they get it right, as Magic Movers did for me. The dispatch folks I spoke to on the phone were friendly and the information they gave me was accurate to the letter. After listing the items I had, distance I was traveling etc., they gave a time and cost estimate that was spot on. They called back to confirm which is very reassuring. The movers they sent were true professionals too, very rare in the moving biz. Tom and Pablo worked fast and took great care of my belongings, everything made it to the new place and nothing was damaged. They went above and beyond the call of duty (I moved from one 3rd floor walk up building to another, so lots of stairs) and were friendly and polite too. So from the first call to the actual move itself, the company conducted itself in a honest, forthright manner. Id recommend them to anybody who has a move coming up. Best regards, |
