Rude customer service. Hold times for representative unacceptable. I was farmed out to a contractor, who arrived a day EARLY for pick up. Waited over a month for my belongings to be delivered when requested. Promised date came and went. Again today-took yet another day for my belongings. Was told from 12-6pm. Driver called got a problem, won't be there until 930 pm as got stopped at a weigh scale. WTH? If you drive a truck-don't you prepare for weigh station? Worse move in over 20-including 6 overseas moves. |
