I was very satisfied with Giant Monkey Movers when they handled our move. We had a table that was slightly damaged and the owner was very accommodating with us and had it fixed with no hassle at all. I noticed that he had some younger workers and he was teaching them the entire time they worked. I appreciated his training because he was making sure that they got it. He would show why that's the best way and would give examples while moving us. He made the work an effective, practical, hands-on training session and that stuck with me. Not only that, but the way he spoke to them was respectful and genuine. I could see how much he cared that they learned and understood the correct procedures. He was molding movers and his craftsmanship really come through. He certainly knows his stuff and wants his employees to know as well. I was very impressed and would absolutely recommend this company! |
