I would give a negative 5 rating if i could!!! Worst service and customer support ever! When i shipped my items, i did not have a destination address. I had to call them almost 4 days to reach them and finally got my details updated on the 26th of June. They promised me i would get a call within a day or two with the delivery details. With no response after a week, I had to keep calling them over and over with no answer or even if they pick up rarely, the updates were not proper. Finally on 6th of July, they told me that the address update was missed somehow and promised to have my things delivered by 9th of July. It's the 10th of July now and I had to call twice today too, only to be promised a call back with an update and it never happened. I am yet to hear back. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get my stuff; I have made around 30 calls to get updates; I have ended up buying things I already have just because these people cannot keep up their promises; I am yet to get a solid update. |
