The movers were extremely unprofessional. Basically were sexually harassing me to the point where I had to change clothes and stay in rooms away from them. The movers were late and left their moving supplies in my apartment afterwards and they left with one of the truck doors open. They wouldn't leave until I gave them a tip that they agreed upon, although they definately didn't deserve one at all. I tried contacting pan american for 3 weeks after my move to figure everything out, file complaint, and choose delivery dates, even left messages to get no answer or returned call. Then when I finally do I get the run around and told that my complaints were filed and everything was being resolved to soon find out nothing was ever filed. Once I received an email from Barbara Granville, said manager stating she would resolve things, she never replies to my emails. So I call, just to get rudely hung up on with nothing resolved. Called back asking for whomever was over her to get lied to stating there was nobody over her. Looked things up on the internet and got other managers names then called for them and all the sudden they aren't in their office and I cant get contact information on them or know when to call back to speak with any of them. They added an additional $400 for unprofessional service that they couldn't explain and couldn't even assure my delivery date and that I would not receive the same unprofessional movers I received before that basically harassed me. This company is terrible! Stay away! They have multiple names too. AAA movers is another, Don't fall for this bs. I am getting jipped and may have to obtain a lawyer and take them to court to even receive my items. You would think sexual harassment was a bill deal to them but clearly they do not give a rats behind. |
