Overall positive experience, but room for improvement. Poor communication leading up to the move and move day, and then the loaders showed up 30-45 minutes late. The loaders seemed knowledgeable and did a great job getting everything to fit in the Uhaul, but due to the poor communication and the loaders being late I probably wouldnt use this company again. |
