I'm hoping that leaving a negative review might actually get me some attention and my items delivered. I have a lot of travel planned this summer, and I went with this company because when I booked they guaranteed that they could deliver within the times I would be in the country. My items were supposed to arrive not before June 15 but by June 20 at the latest. On June 11, I received a call from a driver saying that if I was not available to accept delivery on June 12, they would be taking my things to a storage facility held by a different dispatcher and they wouldn't know when I would get my things. I was across country, didn't have possession of my new place yet, and didn't have anyone who could possibly pay the remaining balance on my behalf. It is now June 25 and as promised no one can tell me when I will be receiving my items. I have sat on hold for hours. Absolutely do not book your move with this company. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my entire life. |
