Stay away is the only thing I can say about this company a) Hid about the fact that they were not a moving company but were an agent. b) Truck didn't come on date of pick up ; dates for pick up was 5/30-31/17, they came on 6/1/17. They caused me to change my flight, without being thoughtful. in fact customer care is rude. c) Overcharged me than estimated value. Total estimate was: $1427.85; but the company charged me : $500+763.69+763.69 = $2029.38 d)They didn't send me invoice / bill of lading till date. e) Lost 1 bag of clothes and 1 medium box of kitchen items. f) Broke a folding table and mishandled boxes, breaking stuff in boxes. |
