Great move all the way. They were there on time to pick my things up and the price quoted was very fair and affordable. I spoke to the rep for a while before going forward and he gave me a lot of information about these sorts of moves and how they work. The day the movers were to arrive I had to reschedule and customer service allowed me to do so without charging extra for the change of dates. I rescheduled for the movers to come by again in two days and they were there at the exact time scheduled. The movers were very friendly and professional the entire time. I asked for them to place certain items into padded boxes and they did so without question. My tables were all wrapped so they wouldn't get scratched. Everything got to the new spot right on time again and the movers were only there for about two hours before they were done. I am very satisfied with my move and having used Assurance Van Lines. |
