My move with Assurance Van Lines was great from beginning to end. I am actually a repeat customer as this was my second time moving with this company in the last four years. This time it went even better since I knew what I wanted and when. The rep was a big help with all his expertise on moving, weighted quotes, and time frames for distances. I tried to set the move up for two weeks from the first time I spoke to the rep but had to change it due to things that came up right before the move. Even though I changed the dates, customer service did not raise the price. I was even told that if I needed to change the drop off dates, I would be able to do so, with storage, free of charge. By the time I was able to have the movers come by for the pick up, I still hadn't fully packed my things and the movers helped get everything in boxes without a fuss. They made sure to put all furniture in plastic for better protection against dirt and dust. My property all arrived two weeks from when they picked it all up and the movers had it all inside in about an hour. This was a very good move for me all the way around and me using this company a second time showed me that I made a good choice both times. |
