This was our first experience with Storage Express and I must say, I'm impressed! The process from beginning to end was easy least. Couldn't believe how fast it was to find a place that was the size we needed, to be so close to our home for access and to have so many options to handle payment with the kiosk up front, which I've never seen before. Plus, I am not even worried about not having an on-site employee as the 24/7 security and cameras keep it on lock-down day and night. The best part was how amazing and helpful April made everything go. Quick and easy process, she was so thorough and had me in and out and set up with a smile! Great experience overall. Thank You. |
