I made an account just to write this review because I feel like I owe it to them. They've been so nice. **Note: I did not actually use this service in the end, but wanted to comment on their kindness.** I had to book a move across country with less than a week in advance. The account manager/sales person Nathan was extremely pleasant and was able to move my contract forward and schedule a pick up of my items the next day. There are a few eyebrow raising items with the contract (the quote is just an estimate and there are several possibilities of add-on fees that seem like they can really rack up in a blink), but I was really desperate, so I went ahead and signed and got my items ready for shipment. Although Nathan did not call me in the morning to confirm that a team was coming (and did not answer 2 calls I made to confirm), the mover did call within the discussed timeframe, saying he was about an hour out. I confirmed with him my address. Then life happened and 20-30 minutes later I had to call the mover in tears to tell him I was just broken up with and would not be moving from Austin to San Francisco anymore. He was super sweet, called his boss and told me not to worry about anything. I can't attest to the actual moving services but I think they get points for moving quickly and being sympathetic to a cancelation when they are 30 minutes out from my place. Nice folks. |
